StarFish can quickly locate your equipment back from Davy Jones locker without the need to don your diving suit and flippers! StarFish can be quickly mobilised for any fishing trip without the need to dry dock the boat or trudge through a complicated installation procedure. Simply launch StarFish at the start of your recce and sit back and enjoy the near photo like sonar images. The system has been specifically designed as a towed array therefore the sonar images will not be distorted by wave or boat motion. Starfish is normally towed at a depth below propeller turbulence which helps to reduce the effect of surface noise and scatter dramatically improving the sonar images compared to fixed mounted systems.
