Final pre-production testing of the prototype StarFish was carried out on Lake Windermere in Cumbria (UK) earlier this month. The results exceeded all our expectations and met our key aim which was to design and deliver a low cost side scan sonar system to the market that gives outstanding imaging performance. Production has now been increased to cater for the large demand with customer units expected to be ready for delivery in September 2007.
