CONCEPT#1: STARFISH POLE MOUNTING BRACKET

A plastic (acetal) bracket which bolts over the towing holes of the Starfish 450F sonar. The top clamping hole is suitable for a customer supplied pole, approx 25mm diameter.

CONCEPT#2: STARFISH CABLE WEIGHT

Two lead halves (cast) that clamp around the towing cable and tighten together with bolts. The approx weight of the assembly is 2kg and this extra weight helps to keep the StarFish 450F deeper underwater when you want to use less cable or in fast moving water conditions. Increase weight on the cable by adding more units.

CONCEPT#3: STARFISH 'EXPLORER' PELI™ CASE PC

The 'Explorer' is a full Windows XP Embedded PC system housed within a rugged Peli™ Case. All PC and electronics are integrated into the lid of the case which also has a 15" LCD touch screen display. The system has StarFish, USB and WiFi connections and also has an integrated GPS receiver. The 'Explorer' comes with the StarFish 450F sonar to provide the ultimate portable survey solution - all you need to supply is the power.

CONCEPT#4: STARFISH 450T SEABED IMAGING SYSTEM

The Starfish 450T is a transom mount version of the current StarFish 450F towfish sonar. The 450T has the same acoustic specification as the 450F and comes supplied with the StarFish 450 Top Box, Power Adapter Kit and Scanline software CD. The 450T also comes with an adjustable angle stainless steel mounting bracket and 5m of cable. The 450T can be fixed to any vessel, pole, or movable platform for various survey tasks.
